J'ai 43 ans et J'adore les longues distances, très longues, j'ai commencé la course en 2010, depuis je cours environ 40 compétitions par année, entre 6 et 8000 km par an, les 10 dernières années j'ai couru l'équivalent de un an et près de 2.000.000 de m de dénivelé positif.
